Managed Services Plans
Keep your computer desktops operating at their peak performance all the time and to the benefit of your employees efficiency due to reliable computers. Our computer maintenance plans will give your business peace of mind knowing that it will not break down suddenly as an experienced engineer has checked it and applied any necessary patches. While others invest $40.000+ per year on an in house technical manager, NW PC Mobile Techs’s clients invest only a fraction of the cost and receive support through trained technicians

Level 1

Unlimited Phone Support: Feel free to call with any system related issues. We will attempt to solve your problem over the phone in order to reduce your downtime and help you save your on-site service time. 

After Hours Support: No additional charge for after-hours calls for on-site service. 

Spyware Removal: Spyware is increasingly becoming a problem in business. The programs to remove spyware are changing constantly in an effort to keep up with spyware changes, but they are not succeeding. We will run the most effective spyware removal program each month on every computer in your office. We will also manually identify malicious programs the spyware removal missed and remove them. There is no need for the customer to purchase spyware utilities, or spend time trying to remove spyware. 

Registry Maintained: The registry on each computer will be scanned monthly and

Antivirus Maintained: Antivirus updates and scans will be monitored on a monthly basis. Any patches needed will be applied. This should prevent customer downtime due to inadequate

Disk Utilities: Hard disks will be checked monthly to fix corrupt files and directories. Performance utilities will be run to keep your drive in good working order. 

Break/Fix Hours: If NW PC Mobile Tech determines that the customer needs on-site service, we will provide up to 4 hours of on-site time at no additional cost. New equipment setup and networking equipment (Server, Routers, Switches, Server Software) is not included in agreement and will be billed at the discounted rate of $85.00 per hour.

Discounts for Projects: Extra service time for projects or other problems that may arise will be provided at the discounted rate of $85 per hour. 

Level 2

includes all benefits from level 1 and adds the following benefits

Break/Fix Hours:If NW PC Mobile Tech determines that the customer needs on-site service, we will provide unlimited hours of on-site time at no additional cost. New equipment setup and networking equipment (Server, Routers, Switches, Server Software) is not included in the agreement, and will be billed at the discounted rate of $85.00 per hour.

Hardware Replacement: after inspection, and diagnosis of customers equipment, all parts to repair systems will be provided at no additional cost. Accidental damage is excluded.

 

Level 3

includes all benefits from level 2 and adds the following benefits

New Equipment: NW PC Mobile Tech will swap out old desktops and laptops for new desktops and laptops every three years. (One third replaced at end of year one, two thirds at end of year two, and the balance at end of year three) Level 3 requires a 3 year contract

Server Maintenance Plan includes:

 

  • Remotely monitor server functions and performance with remote monitoring agents.
  • Manage installation of all “critical” Windows updates as deemed necessary by NW PC Mobile Tech for reliability while maintaining application software capability.
  • Monitor and verify all Windows services are functioning and repair as needed.
  • Disk space availability – (Time spent helping you clean-up and/or archive files is NOT included in maintenance plan nor is repartioning hard drives.
  • Disk drive fault-tolerance (RAID) functionality monitored and repaired as necessary
  • Cloud based backup, and backup operational status is monitored daily.
  • Critical Events and Alerts are monitored and corrected as necessary.
  • Exchange Server functionality and health checked.
  • Priority early-morning start-up monitoring and help each business day at 8:00am.
  • Disaster recovery services to restore a failed server, 3rd party recovery excluded
  • Make changes to users, passwords, e-mail accounts, as requested.  (This does not include setting up new computers which requires an on-site visit.)
  • Provide unlimited remote help-desk support on server and connectivity related problems.
  • Priority response provided for on-site services as required.
  • Determine Internet connection problems as reported, repair if server or router problem is found.
  • Break fix and on-site support included up to amount of hours allocated in plan, billed at $80.00 per hour for hours above the allocated hours included in plan.
