After Hours Support: No additional charge for after-hours calls for on-site service.
Spyware Removal: Spyware is increasingly becoming a problem in business. The programs to remove spyware are changing constantly in an effort to keep up with spyware changes, but they are not succeeding. We will run the most effective spyware removal program each month on every computer in your office. We will also manually identify malicious programs the spyware removal missed and remove them. There is no need for the customer to purchase spyware utilities, or spend time trying to remove spyware.
Registry Maintained: The registry on each computer will be scanned monthly and
Antivirus Maintained: Antivirus updates and scans will be monitored on a monthly basis. Any patches needed will be applied. This should prevent customer downtime due to inadequate
Disk Utilities: Hard disks will be checked monthly to fix corrupt files and directories. Performance utilities will be run to keep your drive in good working order.
Break/Fix Hours: If NW PC Mobile Tech determines that the customer needs on-site service, we will provide up to 4 hours of on-site time at no additional cost. New equipment setup and networking equipment (Server, Routers, Switches, Server Software) is not included in agreement and will be billed at the discounted rate of $85.00 per hour.
Discounts for Projects: Extra service time for projects or other problems that may arise will be provided at the discounted rate of $85 per hour.

Break/Fix Hours:If NW PC Mobile Tech determines that the customer needs on-site service, we will provide unlimited hours of on-site time at no additional cost. Hardware Replacement: after inspection, and diagnosis of customers equipment, all parts to repair systems will be provided at no additional cost. Accidental damage is excluded.

New Equipment: NW PC Mobile Tech will swap out old desktops and laptops for new desktops and laptops every three years. (One third replaced at end of year one, two thirds at end of year two, and the balance at end of year three) Level 3 requires a 3 year contract
